Exercising is another way for them to become more healthy. Playing video games is a very nice thing to do, but not the entire day. Although it will be very hard to forbid them playing games (and not necessary), they also have to do exercising for at least 30 minutes a day. You could let them do sports like swimming or basketball, but you could also decide to let them sport at home with the help of a mini treadmill.
