This article is abut how to eat out/order out and still watch your figure. Your diet doesn’t have to be spoled just because you are eating or ordering out. And you can have a delicious and figure friendly meal. Here’s how:

1. Avoid anything deep fried

All deep fried foods are bad news and should be avoided like the pest.

2. Chose cooking method smartly

Stick to the following cooking methods: grilling, steaming, baking and stirfrieing. Try to avoid all other methods.

3. Stick to lean meat

All fatty meats should be avoided and you should stick to healthy, low fat choices like fish, skinless chicken and lean red meat like fillet and sirloin.

4. Bulk food up with salad or vegetables

You can cut a lot of calories and fat by having less food and rather have salad or vegetables. Make sure that half of your plate consists of either vegetables or salad.

5. Skip the chips

You should almost avoid chips (have it on your cheat day) and you should rather go for baked potato or sweet potato.

6. Start with a starter

A starter like salad or soup is a great way to fill yourself up and to eat less.

7. Have salad dressing and sauces on the side

Always order your salad dressing on the side – that way you will use much less and also cut down on calories and fat.

8. Limit your alcohol intake

Alcohol lowers your inhibitions and may make you to eat less and it is also high in calories. SO stick to no more than 3 drinks at a time

9. Have low fat sauces

Go for low fat sauces (if you must) like chili and soy and avoid creamy sauces.

10. Share the dessert

When you feel like dessert, have it but share it with a friend. That way you will cut down on the calories.

Cheated on the rules?

When you’ve cheated on these rules and you indulged a bit, don’t worry, just counter it with lots of cardio. Some of the best cardio ,machines to try out is the elliptical trainer machine and manual treadmills.
