The popular saying that your face is the gateway to your personality could never be more accurate. The face is the window to your inner being and it is the first place that people pay close attention to whenever you meet them. How you take care of your face determines how people think you take care of yourself and the people around you. Having a fat and swollen chubby cheeks can give people a very bad impression of yourself and remember that first impressions are always hard to change. Being healthy means that looking fit and lean without being skinny.

Your face is fat because you are taking in a lot of calories that you do not use. To lose chubby cheeks and regain your youthful, healthy and vibrant look, you have to reduce the calories you take in for the body to use up what it has stored. You can do this through other ways of losing body fat and still get the results. However, to get better results in a short time, you have to include physical exercises that boost your metabolism rate, therefore increasing the rate of fat lose in the body.

Doing facial and chin exercise will accelerate the process of getting rid of accumulated fat on your cheeks. There are a number of chin exercises that involve periodic stretching of the neck and cheek muscles. These exercises are easy to do, they need no equipment and you can even do at any time anywhere. If you do these exercises for five minutes three times a day, the fat cheeks will melt away within a few weeks.
