I wanted my first car to be a model made from Volkswagen. I have always admired the unique designs of the company and knew that all their models had high safety measures installed in them and had high performance. So when I had the chance to get my own car, I decided to get the VW Golf model.
This model had caused quite a stir in the automobile industry. This model was said to bring back the glory that Volkswagen lost along with their decision to stop producing the original Volkswagen Beetle Model. When the Volkswagen Golf came out, everyone was impressed by all the features it has and the fact that it has a reasonable price tag.
I remember searching online and nearby second hand car dealers for a used VW Golf that was still in good shape and was functioning smoothly. I remember the first time I saw my car. The blue color with the VW badge on its front attracted my attention right away. The second hand car dealer told me that he had to replace the headlights for that one since it was not functioning well and that the car was only three years old.
He opened the car doors so I could inspect the interior as well. I was lucky to see that it was in good shape too. I tried sitting down and found that the seats were very comfortable and that they come with height adjustments. The dealer then told me that I could take it on a ride around the yard if I wanted to.
Driving the used VW Golf was a very satisfying experience for me. It was a very nice solid car to drive around and very easy to handle too. It was very easy to maneuver the steering wheel and I had no problems with the way the car ran. I felt very comfortable in it too and noticed that the interior actually looked sophisticated – as if a lot of thought have been put into its layout and design. The space was even bigger inside than what I thought. When I came back to the second hand car dealer I was determined to take the car home with me.
If you are looking for a high quality second hand car for a low reasonable price then I advise that you check out used VW cars. I never had any regrets choosing this model. It really stayed true to its promises and I could see myself using this car for a few more years.
